COLD HARD WANT less than a week away! Need help with some last minute show ideas!

Friends. Do you want the good news or the bad news first? Bad? Ok, here’s the deal. For the next 5 days, you won’t be able to listen to our new record, Cold Hard Want in it’s entirety. I know. It’s a tough pill to swallow :( The good news is that in 5 days you will be able to enjoy Cold Hard Want as much as you want to for the rest of your stay here on Earth!!!

AGGGHHH!!! It seems like it has taken FOREVER for this thing to come out, right?! Well, we can’t wait to get it into your hands/ears! Hopefully you’ve been keeping up with us on Facebook, Twitter, coldhardwant.com and you’ve heard most of the album already. Exciting times indeed!

We are starting a tour with Relient K, Hellogoodbye, and William Beckett in Portland, OR on July 22 (scroll down to see a complete list of dates), and we couldn’t be more excited!!! As we’ve begun preparing for this tour, we thought it might be nice to pay a bit more of an intimate visit to some of you on our way from Columbus to Portland.

I (Tim) have had such a fun time playing these acoustic shows with my friends the last few months! So much fun in fact, that we thought it might be time for House of Heroes to give it a try as a band! So here is what we’re thinking. We need to get from Columbus to Portland by July 22. We’d like to play 3 or 4 acoustic shows on the way out there in states like, Missouri, South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Washington, ect. Keep in mind, we can only do 3 or 4 shows, so whatever works best with the routing is what we will do. It’ll be minimal set up and we are willing to play anywhere and everywhere (churches, bars, clubs, coffee shops, house shows etc.). We’re looking for $500 per show but we can be flexible depending on what the situation is. If you are interested in booking us or have any questions, please hit us up at hohtour@gmail.com. We also have a few off days in Oregon, California, Nevada, and Texas during the course of the tour if you’d like to inquire about an acoustic show on any of those days.

We really feel like this would be a cool chance to be able to share a different side of the band with you, especially so shortly after releasing our new record!
